The menu, elaborated by Daniel Ettlinger and Daiju Furuta, Michelin starred chef from the Clos Saint Pierre, sister restaurant, and Benjamin Bernard-Luneau Chef of the Bistro, changes with each season, and emphasises the local and regional produce.
